I was really impressed with the service at Shato Gesson. When we arrived late at night, there was a mix-up with our room, but the staff quickly resolved the issue without any hassle. The hotel is located in a nice suburban area of Prague, with clean rooms and a friendly atmosphere. We were even able to check in at 8 am and were given a complimentary breakfast, a pleasant surprise. The hotel is also conveniently situated near the metro B line, making it easy to explore the city. Despite a couple of minor issues, I would definitely recommend Shato Gesson for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I had a great experience.
